In May 2006, Michael Meiler and Richard Schlosser took the plunge into self-employment. The two trained bricklayers with many years of professional experience started small. Today, their team includes four full-time employees, three part-time workers, two office staff, and an apprentice. As so-called ‘all-rounders,’ their range of services encompasses all construction and plastering work in the areas of shell construction, renovation of old buildings, conversions, and exposed brickwork.
